This vessel is a steel fishing boat mainly engaged in trawl operations. The operating sea area is offshore, and the stability meets the requirements of near sea navigation.
1.2 This vessel is designed and constructed in accordance with the "Code for Construction of Steel Domestic Marine Fishing Vessels" of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China, with a length greater than or equal to 24m but less than or equal to 90m (2019), and the "Rules for Statutory Inspection of Ships and Marine Facilities" of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China, which are the technical rules for statutory inspection of domestic marine fishing vessels (2019).

2.7 Layout Overview:

The engine room of this ship is located at the rear, with three fish compartments in the midship. There is a storage room under the first lift armor. There are four fuel tanks and two fresh water tanks at the rear of the engine room. There are four fuel tanks, one lubricating oil tank, and one hydraulic oil tank on the left and right sides of the engine room. There are two fresh water tanks at the front. There are six human compartments on the main deck, and one kitchen, dining room, toilet, and storage room each. There is one 2-person room, one restroom and bathroom, and one captain's cabin on the driving deck. Please refer to the overall layout plan for details.

3.1 Hull Structure: This vessel is a fully welded, transverse skeleton structure. The distance between ribs is 500mm

3.2 Ship Structure Materials and Welding Materials

3.2.1 Main structural materials: The plates below the main deck are made of domestically produced A-grade marine steel plates, while the rest are made of Q235 plates. The outer walls of the lower cabin are formed by pressing 5mm thick Q235 plates, and A-grade marine structural steel is used as the bone material.

3.2.2 Welding materials: Use in accordance with the "Code for Construction of Domestic Marine Fishing Vessels Made of Steel" (2019).

3.3 Propulsion: The propulsion system of this ship uses KA4-55 ducted fixed pitch propellers with a diameter of 2.60m and Cu4 blade material.

3.4 Pre treatment of steel: Steel plates larger than 6mm should undergo double-sided shot blasting treatment (Sa2.5 grade) and then be coated with workshop primer for one degree.

3.5 Coating: The outer hull of this vessel is coated with chlorinated rubber series paint, and other areas can be found in the paint manual.

3.6 The handrails of railings and escalators are made of cold galvanized pipes.

3.7 Zinc block: Sacrificial anode uses ZAC zinc block, welded and fixed.

3.8 Outfitting equipment:

3.8.1 Mooring equipment: This vessel is equipped with two 270 kilogram two claw anchors, one of which is spare. One hand cranked anchor truck is installed at the beginning.

3.8.2 Mooring equipment: 2 cable clamps and 1 double column cable stake are installed at the bow. Set up bollards around the sides of the ship.

3.8.3 Fishing Equipment: This vessel is equipped with one 100KN chain winch (produced in Dalian), with stabilizing heads on both sides of the room. At the tail end, there are several locations for rollers, vertical rollers, and smooth wheels (to be installed after delivery), and one 15KN lifting mast is installed. Two steel wire carts are installed on both sides of the main deck head.

3.8.4 Lifesaving and firefighting equipment: equipped according to the requirements of the 2019 Fishery Regulations.

This ship is equipped with one Y-shaped 12 inflatable life raft, four lifebuoys, and 14 life jackets.

Three water hose boxes and 8Kg dry powder fire extinguishers are equipped according to specifications.

3.8.5 Doors, windows, and manhole covers

Wind and rain tight sliding doors are used on both sides of the outer wall of the main deck, and steel wind and rain tight doors are used on the front wall and other positions; The kitchen door and engine room door adopt A0 level fireproof doors; The cab adopts steel plastic windows; The driver's cab door, the living room door behind the driver's cab, and the toilet door are made of stainless steel sheet wrapped fireproof doors, while the indoor doors such as the studio are made of fireproof doors; Steel peripheral walls are equipped with 250 steel round windows.

3.8.6 Deck Dressing

The main deck (including the aft deck), bow raised deck, driver's deck, and compass deck are equipped with a 40mm pine deck, followed by a 15mm pine deck (the aft deck and compass deck are not equipped with a 15mm pine deck). The crew's living quarters and cockpit are equipped with wooden floors, the kitchen is paved with cement, and wooden grilles are laid. The bathroom floor is tiled, and the corridors in the room are painted with anti slip paint.

3.8.7 Kitchen equipment: Install one electric stove and one pot. The kitchen roof is equipped with a skylight (to be provided by the shipowner and installed by the shipyard). Equipped with one hand cranked fresh water pump. Install one electric rice truck (to be provided by the shipowner and installed by the shipyard).

3.8.8 Rudder Equipment: This vessel is equipped with one streamlined balance rudder, one 30KN. m hydraulic servo, and one set of manual electric steering equipment.

3.9 Thermal Insulation Materials:

The insulation material for the fish compartment is made of polyurethane foam on site, with a thickness of 200mm below the main deck, 200mm on the side, 200mm at the bottom, 200mm at the front of the engine room, 200mm at the bow compartment, and 50mm+50mm in the middle. After the foam is completed, the bottom is decorated with 30mm corrugated board, the side is decorated with 15mm corrugated board, and the top is decorated with 5mm plywood.

3.10 Indoor Furniture and Decoration: The furniture is made of wooden panel structure, with specifications and quantities arranged according to conventional specifications. The furniture is produced and installed by an outsourced team. The interior decoration wall adopts 3mm thick ecological board.

3.11 The insulation material for the room and cab is made of polyurethane foam on site, with a foam thickness of 50mm around and on the ceiling.

The host air filter is connected with corresponding PVC pipes.

5 Electrical equipment

5.1 Electrical System: The ship's power distribution system is a three-phase three wire system, and the normal lighting is a three-phase four wire system with neutral point insulation, AC220V. The low-voltage system and low-voltage lighting are DC double wire insulation systems, DC24V.   

5.2 Power distribution equipment: The driver's console is designed for centralized control, and all instruments are installed on the console, including the main board, charging and discharging board, lighting distribution box, driver's cab control board, driver's cab comprehensive control screen, transformer (equipped with a single handle machine driver integration, signaling clock transmitter, and servo control console). The servo is operated by a hydraulic handwheel.
